Answers

Can I track on the shipping progress of my orders? Yes, but it varies by carrier.
USPS

US Mail tracking works more as a delivery confirmation.  It does not provide live tracking like Fed Ex does.  Sometimes you will not even see anything on the tracking until the package has actually been delivered or if a delivery attempt has been made.  First Class Mail (our $2.50 ship) typically takes 3-10 days to deliver and Priority Mail (our $4.95 ship) takes 2-4 days to deliver. Because US Postal Service does not offer progress tracking of orders, remakes for undelivered order(s) shipped via US Mail can be issued 14 days from date of original ship. Please contact customer service after 14 days.

 

Fed Ex

 

Fed Ex also provides point to point delivery tracking as soon as your package has been picked up from our facility and entered into their database. If you don't immediately see your info, check the tracking number again later in the day and your information should be available.

 

Third Party Tracking

We ship via Fed Ex on all 3rd party shipments which means we use your account number. To track your package you will have to sign into your Fed Ex account to access that tracking information.

Can I change the shipping address after I've placed my order?
To reduce errors, our system relies on a degree of automation that actually makes it very difficult for us to make changes once we’ve received an order.   We can change the ship address for you, but there is a fee of $10.00 to change this. Otherwise, we can cancel your order and you can upload it again with the correct shipping address. 


Your default ship address is the one listed in your “My Information” in ROES.  If you need third party shipping, you can enter this in ROES on the Review Order page when placing an order under “White Label Drop Ship”.

 

Can I make a change to my order?
Unfortunately, we CANNOT make changes to your order.  But, if you notify us promptly before we print the order, then we can void the order and credit back the charges to your credit card.  Then you may place the order again with the correctly.  Please note that our turnaround times are sometimes very fast, so your order might already be completed and on its way to you before you request a change. Once your order enters our shipping department, we are unable to cancel it.

 

Can I combine shipping with other orders?
Sure!  Please note that we can only combine shipping on FedEx.  We CANNOT combine shipping on US Mail orders - our software will not support it.  Just let us know in the “Instructions” box on the Review Order page in ROES that you have multiple orders that you would like combined shipping on.  Example: “1 of 3 orders, please ship together”…”2 of 3…etc.” Once we receive your orders in and see the instructions, we can adjust the shipping charges before charging your credit card.  Please be sure to choose FedEx shipping on all orders to be combined.  We can not combine shipping on White Label Drop Ship orders.

 

What are your turnaround times?
Our typical turnaround times are 24-48 hours for Photographic Prints, 2-3 days for Fine Art and Canvas Prints, 3-4 days for Mounted Prints, 5 days for Canvas Gallery Wraps and Framed Prints.  These include working days only - Monday thru Friday.  These do not include shipping times.

What are your shipping charges?
We can ship by FedEx (flat rate of $6.95 for most products) – takes 2 to 5 days depending on where you live, with live tracking.   

We can ship USPS (starts at $2.50 and goes up to $4.59) – takes 3 to 10 days, with NO live tracking.   Some of our west coast customers prefer US Mail, because it sometimes ships faster than UPS, but we can not guarantee that.

 

Do you offer drop shipping?
Yes.  You will want to enter in your third part ship address on the Review Order page in ROES when placing your order under “White Label Drop Ship”.  When this area is used we ship in plain white packaging listing you as the shipper.  We also do not include any invoice or promotional material.
