- Orders are shipped after in-house production times. Once a package has left this facility, it is the carriers’ responsibility to deliver according to the service level chosen.
- Dates above do not include color correction. Please add one extra day for color correction, special orders or changes.

Non-Holiday Turnaround Times
To receive your order by 4:30 PM on the day stated below, your order must be received by 9:00 AM on Day 1.
Orders received after 9:00 AM are placed into the next business day’s production queue.
Production runs on business days Monday – Friday. Turnaround times are based on business days only.*
Color correction option adds one working day to order.
* myphotopipe is closed in observance of the following US holidays if on a weekday, Monday through Friday:
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
- Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (First Monday of September)
- Thanksgiving Weekend (Fourth Thursday and Friday of November)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
Important Turnaround Information
All turnaround times are based on in-house production. Once an order is complete, the courier is responsible for deliveries. Turnaround times posted do not apply to combined shipments, or multi-product orders. For single orders of multiple products or print surfaces, completion time for each product or print surface must be added cumulatively for total completion time.
Please note sale products may be subject to longer turnaround times due to higher than normal order volumes. If a sale product is needed by a specific deadline, rush fees may be applied and the sale price reverts to the original retail price.
