By uploading content to MyPhotoPipe, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

Store your content
Process and reproduce your content for printing and fulfillment
Display your content as necessary to operate the Services
Transmit your content to trusted fulfillment, hosting, and delivery providers acting on our behalf

This license exists solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and represent that:

You own the content or have permission to use it
The content does not violate any law or third-party rights
The content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or publicity rights

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to upload, post, transmit, or distribute content that:

Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive
Contains hate speech, threats, or harassment
Contains pornography or explicit illegal content
Violates intellectual property rights
Contains malicious software or harmful code

You also agree not to:

Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Services

Orders, Printing, and Fulfillment

MyPhotoPipe strives to accurately reproduce uploaded images in printed and digital products. However:

Print colors may vary depending on screens, materials, and production methods
Cropping or formatting adjustments may be necessary for certain products
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Users are responsible for reviewing their orders before submission.

All sales may be considered final except where required by law or where products arrive damaged or defective.

Payments

By placing an order, you authorize MyPhotoPipe and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, shipping charges, and related costs.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

Intellectual Property

All MyPhotoPipe branding, logos, software, website content, graphics, and platform functionality are owned by MyPhotoPipe or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPhotoPipe shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Delays in shipping or fulfillment
User-uploaded content
Unauthorized account access

In no event shall MyPhotoPipe’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyPhotoPipe, its affiliates, employees, officers, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services
Your uploaded content
Your violation of these Terms

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or used the platform improperly.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal dispute relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Turnaround times

Please refer to our posted turn around times.

Remakes

If you feel there was an error processing your photo please call customer service and we’ll fix it but you must notify us within 14 days. Remakes will be done only from the original digital image submitted to us in the original order using the finish originally specified in that order. Remakes will be shipped as specified in the original order. Expedited shipping is available for a cost if different from the method chosen on the original order. In any event, myphotopipe.com has the final say in any dispute regarding color, quality or other issues related to your print.

Shipping damage

If your product is damaged please accept it and then contact customer service for a remake. We will notify the carrier and begin the claim. It is likely that the carrier will return to pick up your package with the damaged goods. Shipping damage is necessarily outside of our control and we are responsible only for replacing your product in the normal flow of our production. Expedited shipping is available for a cost if different from the method chosen on the original order.

Cancellation

We combine a highly automated production system with two hand inspections therefore orders can and do move quickly past the point of cancellation. Please double check your orders for accuracy before you submit them to us. If you wish to cancel do so quickly by notifying customer service. You are responsible for an order once it has been packaged for shipping.

Wrong product selected

Our ordering system is designed to tell us exactly what you want us to do with your digital photo. If you don’t see the product you want, look again before selecting something else. We are not responsible for remakes if the print we send you matches the product you specified in your original order. “As is” means exactly that, as do other precise terms such as “print to fit” and “bordered.”
